This course is run over 2 x 3-hour online sessions, 9.30am-12.30 each day.
This course aims to help organisations develop a practical and customer-focused performance management framework. It outlines the basic principles and concepts, and includes a series of workshops to get practitioners started on a basic framework. Methods of engaging and consulting with customers are discussed and compared.
Course Objectives
Following this course attendees will:
- Understand levels of service and the relationship with other business processes
- Be able to make the linkages between strategic outcomes and the levels of service delivered by the organisation
- Have an overview of a number of consultation techniques suited to levels of service discussion with customers/stakeholders
- Have the skills to develop meaningful levels of service and performance measures for your organisation.
